Nature of Service: The Space Between Global CIC is a curated collective of independent practitioners providing remote support to artists and creatives worldwide. We facilitate the connection between individuals and our associates.
Independent Practitioners: All associates are independent professionals and are not employees of The Space Between Global CIC. Each associate is solely responsible for the delivery of their services, their professional conduct, and the management of their individual sessions, regardless of the client's location.
Liability: The Space Between Global CIC does not accept liability for the advice, actions, or omissions of any independent associate. Any agreement for services is strictly between the client and the individual associate.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
