Complaints Policy
The Space Between Global CIC is committed to excellence in supporting the creative community. If you feel our service has fallen short, we encourage you to let us know.
How to Complain: Please email michelle@thespace-between.co.uk with the details of your concern.
Our Process: We will acknowledge your email within 5 working days. As our associates are independent practitioners, complaints regarding specific sessions may be referred to the individual associate’s own professional grievance process. We aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.
