Natasha Dispenza

Natasha first used complementary therapies when she used her pocket money to buy an amethyst at 11 years old, and held this crystal with such hope throughout troubled times. Herbal medicine, Massage therapy, Nutritional science and Aromatherapy featured heavily at bedtime reading during her teenage years, and she digested more fascinating concepts and facts than at school. These were often drawn upon and became inspiration for the development of skills allowing her to help others to benefit as she had.

At age 20, she travelled to Australia to obtain her first useful qualification: Remedial Massage. Passionate about the workings of the human mind and body, she qualified in Human Nutrition, whilst working in The Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden, then studied and worked in Dietetics. Missing the connection that bodywork and physical therapies provided in a career, she returned to her 'roots', began Synergistic Therapy, then gained other qualifications and become a Registered Nutritional Therapist due to her love of functional and integrative lifestyle medicine.

Just as energy is not created or destroyed, we can combine mediums of therapy to improve the flow of energy, releasing negativity through assessment, empathy, touch, time, space, nutrition and hydration. Natasha's approach is to facilitate interconnectedness, to bring together elements of therapies according to the needs of each client: to allow the power of therapies working together to be greater than the power achieved by therapies working independently... to Synergise.
