Laura Abbatangelo is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner and Mindset Coach specialising in stress, anxiety, burnout and their physical symptoms. With a warm, practical, and evidence-based approach, she helps clients break free from the patterns that keep them stuck and discover new ways of thinking, feeling, and living.
 

Trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy; being a psychotherapy trainee and with years (more than a decade) of experience supporting individuals through both therapy and coaching, Laura draws on advanced, flexible methods that are tailored to each individual’s needs. She combines therapeutic techniques with mindset coaching to address not only the root causes of stress and anxiety but also to build resilience, confidence, and focus for the future.
 

Laura’s expertise lies in addressing the complex relationship between stress, mind, and body. She frequently works with individuals struggling with anxiety, burnout, or gut-related conditions such as IBS, using the latest evidence-based techniques to create meaningful change; guiding them to regain balance, clarity, and energy.
