Jeanette Townsend is a holistic health and nutrition coach based in the UK. She specialises in helping women build habits and a mindset that support physical and mental performance, so they can feel energised, confident, and in control of their health.
Jeanette combines expert knowledge with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to guide clients in creating lifestyle routines that enhance both physical and mental performance. She understands how overwhelming it can feel to be bombarded with advice, which is why she focuses on simple, nourishing routines that fit seamlessly into life and deliver measurable results—improved energy, reduced fatigue, better focus, balanced weight, and greater resilience under pressure.
Outside of coaching, Jeanette is a dedicated mum of two and a wife. Having built a fulfilling, balanced life around my family, Jeanette knows first-hand how essential good health is—not just for oneself, but for those around us.
As an ex-international gymnast, Jeanette understands the demanding schedules faced by athletes and performing artists. With over 20 years’ experience in the food and wellness industry, she brings both expertise and empathy to help clients take control of their health, reduce overwhelm, and consistently perform at their best—on stage, at work, and in life.
