Alan Creedon
Alan cares. And while it’s not just caring that counts, that’s where the journey into healing begins. To be held whilst experiencing difficulties is what we all need and Alan does this unquestioningly.
His background as a musician, writer and activist gives him an unique insight into the creative arts as well as having first hand experience with his own personal struggles and what he has come through, allows him to have a deep empathy for those with whom he works.
With training in Rapid Resolution Therapy, as well as Mindfulness Teaching and Embodiment Coaching (ICF Accredited) Alan assists people to make peace with inner conflict, take responsibility for emotional states and develop certainty about what they can affect and confidence about what is possible for them to do, moving forward.
He also provides bespoke in-person Nature Connection Guide services.
In his words:
"We all are on this journey into ourselves and it truly is a privilege to contribute to others."
