Jessica Metcalf
Jessica Metcalfe is a former professional dancer whose international career spanned over a decade across stage, arena and large scale entertainment productions. She has performed at major venues including Wembley Arena and the Royal Albert Hall, before working internationally at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. Jess later performed extensively at sea with Grayboy Entertainment in Australia and Carnival Cruise Lines, where she held the role of Dance Captain across multiple contracts.
Alongside performing, she assisted on choreographic projects for commercial campaigns, live events and fashion shows.
After experiencing her own mental health challenges within the performing arts industry, Jess developed a passion for supporting others navigating the pressures of high performance careers. What began as a mission to support fellow artists evolved into a successful coaching and wellbeing business working with creatives, entrepreneurs and public figures. Through this work she has supported hundreds of people to build confidence, resilience and more sustainable careers.
Jess is currently undertaking an MA in Dance Producing and Management at London Studio Centre and continues to advocate for artist wellbeing and creative career sustainability.
